Clearing land and plots in Tarragona
We remove tall grass, scrub and brambles from plots, vacant lots and estates. It looks better, it's safer and it reduces the risk of fire and pests.
How we do it
First we look at the type of vegetation and the access to decide whether to clear by hand or by machine. We work in an orderly, safe way and, when we finish, remove all the plant debris. The land is ready to use or to start a garden.
When it makes sense
Before summer, to reduce the fire risk. If the vegetation grows back quickly, we can schedule regular clearing.
Clearing and fires: what you should know in Catalonia
In Catalonia, from 15 March to 15 October you may not light fires on forest land or within the 500-metre strip around it, and that includes burning pruning or garden waste (Decree 64/1995). That's why we never burn anything: we clear, collect and take the debris away.
Many town councils also require vacant lots and undeveloped plots to be kept clear, especially in housing estates next to pine woods. If you're unsure about your case, check your local bylaws and we'll take care of the work.
What kind of land we clear
- Plots and vacant lots in housing estates or in town.
- Abandoned gardens that need recovering before replanting.
- Banks and slopes where big machines can't get in.
- Estates and rural land with tall grass, brambles or reeds.

Questions about land clearing
Question not here? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll reply today.
Do you take away the debris from clearing?
Yes, collecting and removing the plant debris is included.
Do you do regular clearing?
Yes. We schedule clearing at regular intervals so the scrub doesn't get out of hand again.
Can the debris from clearing be burned?
In Catalonia, from 15 March to 15 October it is forbidden to light fires on forest land or within 500 metres of it. We don't burn anything: we collect and remove all the debris.
When is the best time to clear a plot?
In spring, before the grass dries out in the heat. That cuts the fire risk in summer. If it grows back fast, it's worth repeating in late summer.
