From problem to result

Real before-and-after photos. Where there's a slider, drag it to compare. Alongside: what was there, what we did and how it turned out.

Lawn sown next to the pool

Starting point: A strip of bare earth between the fence and the pool, with no grass at all.
What we did: Ground preparation and levelling, then sowing the lawn by hand.
Result: Dense green lawn from end to end, right up to the edge of the pool.

Yard cleared and levelled

Starting point: A dirt yard overrun with scrub and dry grass.
What we did: Full clearing, removal of all debris and levelling of the ground.
Result: Clean, flat ground, ready to start a new garden.

Garden restored with a stone spiral

Starting point: A garden overrun with tall grass and weeds, the stone spiral buried.
What we did: Weeding, mowing the lawn, fresh soil in the beds and new plants in the spiral.
Result: A tidy garden with clean beds and the spiral replanted.

Lawn brought back

Starting point: Lawn with very long grass that hadn't been cut for a long time.
What we did: Cut in stages so as not to damage it, edges trimmed and clippings removed.
Result: An even lawn again, ready for normal maintenance.
