This policy explains how we handle the personal data you give us through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data we process and why

If you use the quote form, message us on WhatsApp, call us or send us an email, we process your name, phone number, email, garden address and whatever you tell us, solely to reply to you, prepare the quote and, if you accept it, carry out and invoice the service.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send us the request and, if you hire us, performance of the contract and our legal invoicing obligations.

How long we keep it

Requests that don't lead to a contract are deleted within a year at most. Client data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for as long as tax obligations require.

Recipients

We don't share your data with third parties unless legally required. It's stored in our management system hosted by Hostinger, within the European Union. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also covered by WhatsApp's privacy policy.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to infojardineriatarragones@gmail.com. If you believe we haven't handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
