Natural or artificial grass?

Both work on the Costa Daurada, but they're not for the same thing. Here's an honest comparison so you can choose based on your garden and how you use it.

When to choose natural grass

If you want real coolness, a garden that breathes and living soil. Natural grass lowers the surrounding temperature and is nicer barefoot in summer. In return it needs watering, mowing and feeding.

When to choose artificial grass

In shady spots where natural grass won't grow, on terraces, around pools or in holiday homes where nobody is around to water. Bear in mind that it gets very hot in the August sun.

And the price?

It depends on the area, the state of the ground and, for artificial grass, the quality you choose. We'll come and see it at no cost and give you a fixed written price for both options so you can compare. Book the visit here.

Our advice: often the best option is to combine them. Natural grass in the sunny area you use, and artificial grass or gravel in the awkward corners.
